Vivenda

Lead-capture landings

Design and front-end of two lead-capture landings, in three languages, for Vivenda, a premium home-builder in Mallorca. With no access to the brand’s design files, I reconstructed its visual system from the published site and the brand manual, building pieces that feel like a natural extension of the identity.

Vivenda — Lead-capture landings

The challenge

Rebuild a visual system without its components. With no original files, I deduced and reconstructed the brand language — typography, palette, spacing scale, tone and visual rhythm — from the site and the brand manual. The landings had to feel like a natural extension of the identity, never bolted on, at the finish level a luxury home client expects.

The approach

The copy and campaign strategy were set by the marketing lead on the account; my job was to translate that strategy into a coherent, functional visual experience true to the premium brand. I designed and front-end-built both landings from scratch in code, adding microinteractions for a premium feel and keeping the experience consistent across three languages.

Process

01

Analysis

Studied the reference site and the brand manual to extract the visual and interaction patterns.

02

Reconstruction

Rebuilt the base components in code and created new blocks that did not exist in the original system, keeping everything coherent.

03

Microinteractions

Scroll-triggered entrances, hover states on buttons and cards, and smooth transitions between sections for a premium product feel.

04

Multi-language

Adapted the design to three languages, resolving text-length differences so nothing broke the layout or the hierarchy.

05

Performance

Prioritised performance and clean code — a lead-capture landing must load fast and never penalise conversion.
