SyncMedical

Lead-capture landing

Design and build of a landing for SyncMedical, a service that recovers medical fees left unpaid by insurers on a 100% success-based model. I adapted their site’s visual language into a conversion piece, with a journey that sets the problem — billing that slips away — against the solution, closing on a multi-step qualifying form integrated with their CRM.

SyncMedical — Lead-capture landing

The challenge

Turn a niche service — recovering unpaid medical fees — into a clear, credible conversion story for doctors and clinics: make the loss tangible and present a zero-risk path to fixing it (100% success-based), so the visitor feels there is nothing to lose by starting.

The approach

Copy and strategy came from marketing; design and development were mine. I adapted the brand’s visual language into a conversion piece and built a problem-to-solution journey that closes on a multi-step qualifying form wired into their CRM.

Process

01

Problem vs solution

The journey sets billing that slips away against a zero-risk recovery, so the value lands before the ask.

02

Multi-step qualifier

A step-by-step form asks one small thing at a time, lowering the barrier to converting.

03

CRM integration

Qualified leads flow straight into their CRM, ready for the sales team.
